I specialize in unlocking human potential and aligning leadership behaviors to build high-impact individuals, teams, and organizations.

For over 30 years, I have lead teams across healthcare, telecommunications, sales, and service. My approach is rooted in the power of collaboration.

​As a UC Berkeley Certified Executive Coach, I guide professionals through meaningful and transformative growth. I am also a Certified Practitioner in Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors®.

I created the SRJ Advantage© to help teams build a foundation of trust where people are the priority and curiosity fuels innovation.

Chief Wellness Officer
Snickerdoodle (Snickers) brings heart, humor, and a healthy dose of perspective to SRJ Collaborative. As our Chief Wellness Officer, she keeps us grounded in what matters most - connection, curiosity, and the occasional snack break.

With a natural gift for lifting spirits and a keen eye for everyday leadership lessons, Snickerdoodle shares weekly insights in her blog and LinkedIn, offering thoughtful (and often playful) guidance to professionals navigating ups and downs of leadership and life.
