Staci Jones

I’m Staci Jones - an executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership and professional development. For over 30 years, I’ve led high-performing teams across healthcare, telecommunications, and customer service, consistently driving operational excellence and sustainable results. My approach is rooted in the power of collaboration to spark meaningful change. I help leaders, professionals, and teams navigate complexity, lead with purpose, and perform at their best.

I did my undergraduate studies in Communications and went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration. I am a lifetime learner and continue my executive education through the Berkeley ExecEd series with the most recent certification is in AI: Business Strategies and Applications.

As a UC Berkeley Certified Executive Coach, I specialize in guiding professionals through meaningful and transformative growth. I am also a Certified Practitioner in Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®, leveraging these powerful tools to support both individual and team development. Through the SRJ Collaborative’s TeamWorks© platform, I help teams build trust, improve collaboration, and deliver high performance.

At the core of my work is a commitment to unlocking talent, leveraging change, and optimizing performance - always with human connection and a collaborative lens.

Snickerdoodle (Snickers) brings heart, humor, and a healthy dose of perspective to SRJ Collaborative. As our Chief Wellness Officer, she keeps us grounded in what matters most - connection, curiosity, and the occasional snack break.

With a natural gift for lifting spirits and a keen eye for everyday leadership lessons, Snickerdoodle shares weekly insights on LinkedIn, offering thoughtful (and often playful) guidance to professionals navigating ups and downs of leadership and life. Her recommendations are equal parts wise and warm, reminding us all that well-being is essential to high performance.
